Meet the Founder
Hi! My name is Saliha Ahmed.
I am a financial consultant, career coach, and mum based in Dubai. I grew up in Lahore, Pakistan and then moved to London to pursue my undergraduate degree. I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 Accountancy firm in London, where I worked for 10 years before relocating to Dubai in 2023.
I am passionate about supporting female diversity and equality in the workplace and business. Throughout my career, I've been frustrated by the lack of support and resources available to women for their professional development.
The Female Mentor is set up to change that. We aim to create a community of women who support each other to succeed, regardless of where they're from or where they are in their careers. Our goal is for women to feel supported, empowered, and to have access to opportunities at every stage of their careers.
Our mission is to encourage not just greater female participation in the workforce but also to equip them with the tools they need to grow and succeed.
